#224 TI-89t file transfer does not work

Using v1.18 on a WIndows 7 32-bit computer (and also on on a WIndows 7 64-bit computer ), whenever I copy a file from the calculator to the computer, it states (for the computer file) that the size for every single file is 66 bytes. The file does not work whenever it is sent back to the calculator. This does not occur in v1.17.
