When building either tilp or gfm on the Open Build Service I get the following warning;

I: File is compiled without RPM_OPT_FLAGS
W: gfm no-rpm-opt-flags <cmdline>:cleaner.c

Adding CFLAGS resolves the issue, so attached, please find patches for your consideration.
