#196 Troubles OPENING the TILP

I downloaded and installed the tilp 1.12 along with the GTK+ 2.6 but i can not open de the program . I get a pop up with the following message " Tilp does not find the entrance node g_win32_locale_filename_from_utrf8" locate on the library "libglib-2.0-2.dll". What can I do, please help me. Thanks for your time.

I have Windows XP, TI89 Titanium , USB cable.

Hello Carlos,

First of all, please uninstall the GTK+ 2.6 runtime and TILP II 1.12, and install TILP II 1.14, available from http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/374/37481.html . Make sure you let the TILP installer download and install the GTK 2.12 runtime :)
If, after doing this, you still get errors about missing entry points, then make sure that there aren't other conflicting GTK+ runtimes, or GTK+-using applications, somewhere else on your computer, as described in the README.
