l10n/sv: Updated to extraction in [9524], some changes/improvements of existing translations. 100% translation, no fuzzies.

l10n: Fixed a stupid mistake in [9507].

l10n: new automatic extraction, using Genshi 0.6 (+4 messages)

Thanks to the [G1115] changes, quite some more messages are now extracted from the templates.

[Genshi:milestone:0.6] is out, make that the baseline dependency.

Follow-up to r9514, the typo was also in the expected output for the tests.

Makefile: and again... actually the direct `make -k check` works as expected, no need for tricks.

db: Fixed the upgrade to DB version 20 so that it doesn't use a `Repository` object, but sticks to SQL instead.

This was preventing upgrading from 0.10.3 with 0.12dev.
