l10n: automatic extraction, up to r9230 (ignore)

i18n: field labels are now translated in the list of fields returned by `TicketSystem.get_ticket_fields`.

The `TicketSystem.get_ticket_label_fields` helper method has been kept, for convenience.

Also deal with the "typographic" localization needed for the ticket fields.

Closes #8055.

Of course, I was wrong. Spaces won't screw up the db uri parser. The patch itself had a minor error in it.

Fixed the patch and created a test for this bug. Closes #2448

versioncontrol: Zero-pad Subversion revision numbers in the `revision` and `node_change` tables to avoid having to `CAST()` them to `int` in SQL queries.
