MultiRepos: A few small fixes in repository management:

* Fixed an issue with repository URL editing.
* Allow creating an alias as the default repository.
* Fixed an issue when changing an alias to point to the default repository.
* Allow the default repository to be provided by any `IRepositoryProvider`.
