svnmerge.py properties use a list of sources in the same line, so for its properties we should use `split` instead of `splitlines` as we do for `svn:mergeinfo`.

`ui.setconfig` is there since a long time, so the change doesn't break compatibility with older versions of Mercurial.

This closes #8460.
