Follow-up to r8095, missing argument

MultiRepos: fix trac-svn-hook doc and some bits for Cygwin support (enables the script to be called by Cygwin's bash on Windows)

Make it possible to specify an empty class in a `#!div` block.

Eventually useful after r7944 if one doesn't want to have the ''wikipage'' class added by default.

Thanks to Remy who noticed the issue on #1507.

i18n: be more robust when handling bad translations with wrong keyword parameters.

Closes #7679.

MultiRepos: Refactored the `trac-post-commit-hook` into a sample plugin `commit_ticket_update.py` using `IRepositoryChangeListener`.

* Added an `old_changeset` argument to the `changeset_modified()` hook, providing the old changeset metadata if available (or `None` otherwise).

Part of #7723, closes #5189.

Image macro: add `margin` parameter (only numerical values, px implied, as for `border`)

Image macro: slight refactoring of the argument parsing (also allows specifying directly ''center'' as an argument).

Image macro: fix bottom/top and add middle

Add support for `align=center` argument for the Image macro. Implements #5223.

Make the default logos use a transparent background. Patch contibuted by Shun-ichi Goto on #4820.
