Move the dispatch_request import so PYTHON_EGG_CACHE will be set first. This
is important if Genshi (which is imported by trac.web.main) is installed as
a zipped egg.

MultipleRepositorySupport branch: in log view, integrate changeset and revisionlog links into the same ''Rev'' column.

This is now consistent with the browser and saves some horizontal space, which can be used to display author information without wrapping.

Also, make the verbose mode a bit nicer, making the table itself less apparent.
