Create an rpm subdirectory in contrib for rpm-related scripts.

FieldRefactoring: merged [5524:5688/trunk] via svnmerge.

Make it possible for an IRequestHandler other than the default one to intercept requests for the server root (i.e. when path_info is either '' or '/'). Applies contributed patch from #5413.

Follow-up to r5579: fix typo in report.rss and also make that abs_urls argument actually work. Closes #5511.

Component incompletely constructed should be unregistered.

Change Wiki navigation links from:

to:

}}}

This enables direct access to both the revision log of a page and the diff corresponding to the last modification, see #5491.

A `trac-admin ... wiki upgrade` is needed, as the RecentChanges and TitleIndex pages now need to link to each other. The ''Index'' navigation link goes to the latter.

Improved the messages generated by a `trac-admin ... wiki upgrade` command.

Be more robust in handling junk in svn filenames.
