Ported [4160] to 0.10-stable (''#3839 improved authentication missing error message'')

Disable remote address lookups in tracd. Closes #3481.

Present a more explicit error to the user when the authentication information is missing. Fixes #3839.

trac-post-commit-hook adapted to current trunk:
- no need to define env.href and env.abs_href after r4086 (fixes #4093)
- as a consequence of the above, deprecate the `-s` option
- adapt to the datetime API

Ported [4156:4157] (''Fix #1420, long lines in diffs'')

Follow-up to r4156: long lines in side-by-side diffs are unreadable if not wrapped. For unbreakable long lines, the side-by-side mode is really not the appropriate mode anyway. Keeping the overflow visible enable you to notice that something might be missed, which would otherwise be not that obvious using overflow: hidden.

Enhancements to long lines display in diff views: the lines are wrapped on space ''except'' in <ins>/<del> blocks. Those blocks eventually overlap if they are very long. Fixes #1420 while preserving #3966.

0.10-stable branch: We might need to insert form tokens into application/xhtml+xml output as well.

0.1-stable branch: Only try to add form_tokens to text/html output.

0.10-stable branch: Use a separate cookie to store the form_token
value since this is slightly safer and works better with plugins that
play with the session/auth cookie.
