Follow-up to r3737, the patch renderer should be fully fixed now.

Genshi branch: fixed MIME types for the text templates. Also, I forgot to mention that you need [genshi 300] for being able to use them.

Genshi branch: converted text templates to use the new !TextTemplate template format (see Genshi:wiki:ApiDocs/genshi.template#genshi.template:TextTemplate).
