Follow-up to r3476, forgot to save the wiki.css ...

When viewing an explicit version of a Wiki page, the version information is shown on top. This means the Wiki version shown by default (i.e. the latest version) will '''not''' have this version information and will be displayed the usual way.

This version information box is also used to preview the version change comment after a ''Preview''.

Closes #2646.

Fix a little bug concerning num_changes, introduced in r3471, which prevented the version information to be displayed.

Make it possible to delete the latest revision of a Wiki page directly from the diff view.

Example: when undesirable content is seen in a wiki page, it's now simply a matter of going to the ''Last Change'' view, and from there, delete this version.

Another possibility is to delete a ''range'' of versions, when examining such a range in the diff view.
However, this is only possible if that range of versions extends to the latest revision, or if there's no net change introduced by this range of versions (e.g. spam followed by spam removal).

Closes #1114.

Prevent deletion of a version of a Wiki page from the middle of the history. Only deletion of the latest version is possible. Related to #1114.

Better ''title'' for the Wiki diff view: now it has direct links for viewing the content of the old and new versions being diffed.

More robust traversal of the history of a Wiki page using ''Previous Change'' and ''Next Change'' links: gaps in the sequence of versions are now correctly handled.

Quicker access to last change of a Wiki page, from the Wiki view.

The ''Page History'' can still be reached from that last change.

Related changes include the renaming of the ''Title Index'' and
''Recent Changes'' links to ''Index by Title'' and ''Index by Date'',
in order to prevent any confusion between ''Recent Changes''
and ''Last Change''.

Closes #2165.

On the ''Search'' page, the quickjump now doesn't immediately redirect to the corresponding resource. Instead, a normal search for the term is performed and a special ''Quickjump to ...'' entry is inserted at the top of the result list. The quickjump from the search form in the header works as usual. Closes #1269.

Refactored a bit the e-mail ticket notifications,
so that the Ticket URL links to the relevant change, like the
timeline entry does.

I also took this opportunity to fix the last usage of self.env.abs_href
in the code.
