Close #3277, add two new buttons to the edit area:
* new paragraph button
* line break button

Session-backed query memory wasn't being timed out as intended... it is now invalidated after an hour.

SpamFilter: Deletion of BadContent page revisions is now trapped, and perform a
simple binary content exclusion check in Akismet plugin.

Move wiki/ticket/attachment change listener hook callbacks to after the
transaction is committed, thus preventing exceptions in listeners from breaking
transactions.

The !InterMapTxt should not be overwritten by a `wiki upgrade` command. Suggested by athomas.

Fixed a tiny bug in the wiki engine...

Don't display the ''Your email or username:'' field for authenticated users.

Applied 1890-firststeps.patch from maxb, with a minor modification in get_reporter_id.

Related to ticket #1890.

Got r3321 wrong w.r.t InterTrac shorthand syntax for the log ranges.

Made sure all CREATE TEMP TABLE were followed by a corresponding DROP TABLE, closes #3266.
