Fix due dates in roadmap iCalendar view (#2735). Thanks to Alex Johnson for identifying and reporting the problem!

Ported [2885] to 0.9-stable (fixing #2431).

Disallow custom fields with names that:
* overlap with the enabled built-in fields, or
* contain characters other than letters, digits or underscores (fixes #2431).
If such a field is encountered, the field is ignored, and a warning logged.

Ported [2883] to 0.9-stable (fixing #2324).

Improve logic for using options from global TracIni (fixes #2324):
* The default value from the global config or `db_default` is used even when an explicit default value is supplied.
* Fix some instances where an explicit default value was supplied for `config.get()`.

First step towards MySQL support (#986): applied patch by Manuzhai and Adres Salomon that renames the columns in the `node_change` table to avoid a conflict with reserved words in MySQL.

The default implementation for `Repository.has_node` should propagate its arguments. Fixes #2731.

WSGI branch: sync with [source:trunk@...].

Oops, a small follow-up to [2878] was needed, for the situation in which the guilty filter is the only one selected (that code path was not tested)

Make the Timeline tolerant to a failure of one event provider. Closes #2346.
