Make the `TicketQuery` show closed tickets the usual way (i.e. striked-through) also in "normal" mode. Fixes #2664.

code, but is also more effective at packing multiple lines into one.

Follow-up to the TracDiff branch integration: completed the dummy svn module/objects needed for loading the svn_fs module when the Subversion bindings are not available. Reported by eblot.
