Adding more control to the user over his own attachments (#948). An attachment can be replaced by a newer version without the need to delete the previously attached file. Also, this works even if the user has no {{{TICKET_ADMIN}}} or {{{WIKI_DELETE}}} rights, provided he's authenticated and he wants to replace attachments ''he'' created.

Added the ![[Image]] macro from Shun-ichi Goto <gotoh@...>, with a few adaptations.

In particular, the syntax for the filespec is more in line with the rest of Trac.

New default macros are now installed by participating to an environment upgrade.

Added Wiki link syntax for attachments (#753).

The link syntax is pretty straightforward:
* {{{attachment:the_file.txt}}} creates a link to the attachment {{{the_file.txt}}} of the current object
* {{{attachment:wiki:MyPage:the_file.txt}}} creates a link to the attachment {{{the_file.txt}}} of the !MyPage wiki page
* {{{attachment🎫753:the_file.txt}}} creates a link to the attachment {{{the_file.txt}}} of the ticket 753

Added a few methods and properties to the Attachment object, in order to reduce duplicated code in the !AttachmentModule.

Force MIME-Type of Trac attachments to be {{{text/plain}}} when plain text format is requested
