0.12.5dev: fix initial activation of default style in Pygments' pref panel.

On WebKit based browsers, the disabling of some Pygments stylesheets
seems to lead to the disabling of all of them. Weird. Doing an
explicit true -> false transition for the disable property of the link
element of the style enabled by default forces its activation.
