Commit [r11428]  Maximize  Restore  History

1.0-stable: fixed Transifex support.

- merged r11425 from 0.12-stable
- updated sections to match names of 1.0-stable resources

Also, I spoke too fast in r11425, Windows version of transifex-client doesn't like the slashes...
