#12 Thumbnail not generated

Hi, I've installed ThumbView_Lite_1.0.exe as I'd like to see thumbnails for psds in explorer. After installing there is an image displayed instead of the Adobe icon, however it's just white text on black background. I can't make out what it reads as the font is too small.
I'm using WinXP SP2, any other info I can provide? I'm not sure what is relevant.
