This way you don't scew the code with comments and code which might be adopted to the existing ui framework and be later removed or refactored anyway. Sounds like work done twice. Nobody hinders you/us to take inspiration from other code. And btw, it doesn't hurt if the Bookmarks implementation takes a little longer as there is nothing to show your rendered bookmarks right now. When it comes to storing bookmarks, a file system hierarchy would do, but at some point one might wan't arrange entries. So a flat filesystem won't do. I guess that is why Mozilla & Co is going for some crazy netscape bookmark html. Filesystem plus display-position attribute, favicon as attrib or icon anyone?
