[Themis-dev] Code and web updates

Hello,

I added some new code to support forms.
It is still very basic, but it lets you search on Google now with Themis.
I sometimes encounter a bug when searching, but most of the times it seems
to work fine.
Have fun with it and let me know if some form is not working as expected.
It currently only supports get requests and only inputs of type submit,
text and hidden.

I also updated our website with a new article. I saw that it was more than
a year ago that we posted our last update, so I mentioned everything that
has changed since then. Hope I didn't miss anything.
