#66 location of MacTex executables

Dear Roland,

first of all, many thanks for TexMaths. Very useful extension - I use it very often.

Please note that with MacTex 2016 (or even earlier) the MacTex executables are no longer located at /usr/texbin, but in

/Library/TeX/texbin

It would be helpful if you updated the Installation on Mac OS X instructions accordingly.

PS: do you plan to have have MacTex produce also PDF instead of PNG/SVG. Scalable equations / vector images would be great.

Actually, SVG is a vector format (SVG = Scalable Vector Graphics). :-)
