Hi Narasimha,

Testlink is an opensource tool. If you are stuck with the workflow, you can
refer the manual which is available. Testlink is pretty stable. Free
support is limited however you can get your queries answered. Please use
the Bug tracking for getting the queries answered. You can also use this
forum for your queries.
