Thank you for responding.
I am planning to use TestLink as my test case management tool. The question came from our IT and in internal discussion is, will there be support available when needed. Or is there somebody out there to guide or respond to any future issues and findings?

Please let me know how that works. Basically we are scared, what if one day it crashes and all the test plans are wiped out?
