Hi

You might have noticed some issues with the shoreline recovery if you 
were using the cvs version of the code. I've found+fixed the source of 
the problem so you might want to cvs update. I have also fixed the 
ncurses build issue - if your machine doesn't have ncurses dev packages 
the relevant code is now #defined away.
