Strato lässt für neue Email-Konten nur noch die Möglichkeit zu, sich per SSL/TLS zu verbinden. Beim Empfang kann man bei tellmatic die Optionen "ssl/novalidate-cert" einstellen, womit es keine Probleme gibt. Aber SMTP klappt nicht: ich habe das Häkchen bei SSL gesetzt und alle 3 "SMTP-Auth"-Methoden ausprobiert und erhalte immer folgendes Ergebnis ("SMTP-Auth" variiert natürlich):
