Good question. We'd like to keep the service completely free and full featured for as long as we can. We hope to make money off paying users by providing perferred support and custom services. Paying customers will also have services hosted off servers separate from the public ones. Right now, a paying customer gets: - HTTP/S access, instead of just HTTP. - Redundant servers for failover and load balancing. - Separate servers from the public ones. - Custom IVR recording. - No restriction on number of simultaneous calls (dependent on network bandwidth). - Preferred support.=20 Eventually, hopefully soon, HTTP/S access and redundant servers will be available for free users as well. If you're interested in testing the service for you area codes, shoot me an e-mail off-line with the country codes and I'll set it up.
