[TeleAuth-Users] Does this work outside the USA?

Hi.

TeleAuth looks very interesting and I registered to try it out.  I  
created a user with :DIAL: permission and registered a phone number  
(using the Ruby API) however whenever I try to call I get an error:

As you can see i'm trying to call a number in the UK.  I couldn't see  
any advice on dialing codes so I just prepended the country code 44  
as if I was dialing internationally.  Shoud this work at all?  Any  
advice?
