If the user changed the name separator by defining TCLAP_NAMESTARTSTRING, the change is currently not reflected in the standard help because it contains hardcoded "--help". The attached patch fixes this

This was fixed in 122b50e26dcea38bcb7814a0846a528d8b23732a back in 2011, we just have not made a new release since.
