#147 Tutorial fails in TASSEL 4

Trying to run through the tutorial data in TASSEL 4 fails at multiple points. I don't know enough about it yet to give more details than what steps have issues. What I've found so far (numbered according to the TASSEL 3.0 tutorial):
6.1 - Phenotype Imputation - [seems to work]
6.2 - PCA - plink files fail to load (no error message), flapjack files give an error. Using hapmap file loads, but doesn't filter sites. Numericalization and imputation appear okay. PCA freezes when click "calculate".
6.3 - Kinship - [seems to work]
6.4 - GLM - Won't load alignment (PHYLIP) file
6.5 - MLM - [same]
6.6 - Import from database - [option not available]

That last one may be intentional, but the others seem like bugs that need fixing. Thanks.

    Agree. I tried to use the tutorial as a walk-through in class, thinking surely this would save me lots of time over making my own example. Nope. Wasted a couple of days trying to figure out what I might have done wrong, then found it is a bug. Also, the tutorial is written for v3, and some program options have changed.
