[Table-bug] possible bug on utf-8

Dear List,
My coding system is utf-8. I add (require 'table) in .emacs, and get the
message of "map-char-table: Wrong type argument: integerp, (127 . 127)". An=

when I want to publish a emacs-wiki with a table, get the message of "Error
