I've just downz the bata tar.gz (I'm on windoz) ...
I've unzipped the folder.
but no file for configuration or settings or welcome ...
An idea ?
Unzipped : 3.00MB / 126 files / 17 folders But nothing at the root just 4 folders.

I have just downloaded and verified the archive (unpacked with http://www.izarc.org/ and winrar) and I am getting: 191 Files and 23 Folders.
Seems your download was interrupted.
Yess it was that, ... I had opened it with winrar ;o)
