- improved documentation (SSL plugins, etc.)

- synachar - little internal code changes for avoid false warnings 
from some Delphi versions

- dnssend - new QTYPE_SPF record type

- slogsend - binding to random outgoing port

- mimepart - using new QuotedStr function from synautil

- sslinux - fixed Hostent record declaration

- synautil
	1. new QuotedStr function
	2. totally rewriten UnQuoteStr. Using my native code instead 
AnsiExtractQuotedStr,because this function is very very buggy, 
unquoting sometimes badly and on some imput strings it just crashing 
by AV! :-O
