#21 Ubuntu avi output grayscale broken

I'm running swistrack in ubuntu 10.10. The avi output module will work in color mode, but my pipeline is in grayscale and the avi output movie has three frames smushed into a single frame in the avi file. I'm using the DIVX codec. Also is it possible to capture a color movie with a grayscale pipeline? My attempts at doing that give me a ton of vfl and opencv errors.
