[Swig-user] AccessViolationException in C# while calling C++ code at Dispose

The following usage casusing AccessViolationException in the
C++Native.dll. IT does that at the end. The internal implementation of
the object is based on "static reference counting".

  Session.send(new CMsgRef(msg));

  ...
