Hello, I tried to compile some Python wrappers generated with SWIG 1.3.29 using the Microsoft Visual C++ 8.0 compiler (part of ,net 2005) and ran into a couple of issues re. const char *. The following two functions are problematic: SWIG_Python_ConvertFunctionPtr has: char *doc = ... SWIG_Python_FixMethods has: char *c = ... char *name = ... These three lines can't compile because VC++ complains of "constness" issues. Adding the keyword "const" seems to solve the issue.
