[Swig-user] GSOC branches covered by same Legal clarification as main release?

Hi,

Are the GSOC 2012 branches hosted on the SWIG Sourceforge repo covered by the same legal clarification as the main releases are?  By "Legal Clarification" I mean the updates to the http://www.swig.org/legal.html from 2013/05/03.

For example the doxygen branch
