Hi everybody, I'm new at this and I have just started using Swig and reading some tutorials but unfortunately I don't have any time to spend learning how to use this powerful tool, so I need urgent help: I'm trying to use Swig between python and c++ so: Python calls c++ with two parameters: (int, int*) and c++ returns to python a string. This is the function I'm using at c++: http://old.nabble.com/file/p33763670/1.png Then, I did my interface file: http://old.nabble.com/file/p33763670/2.png And Finally, I wrap (in Windows) with: http://old.nabble.com/file/p33763670/3.png This gives to me two files: SomeFile.py and SomeFile_wrap.cxx, but I don't know how to use this. I tried to compile the SomeFile_wrap.cxx file with the rest of my project (I'm using Dev-C++ for Windows) but it gives compile errors: "Python.h: No such file or directory.", "'PyObject' was not declared in this scope", ... Could you tell me what I have to do?? Thanks Alot and have a nice day!! -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Need-help-with-python-%3C-%3E-c%2B%2B-tp33763670p33763670.html Sent from the swig-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
