Dave, Personally just so you know i never have asked for help on a programming assignment. I am great at what i do when it comes to programming. I have an overall 3.8 GPA. I have also been working on this for a year and a half. That's why i have a library so big where everything else works. I have looked at the documentation countless times to fix this issue. I have had some of the brightest minds at school who work with me to look at the documentation. No one can figure it out. I have even had some of the doctoral professors look at this, and still have had no luck. I am the type of person who only asks for help when it is truly needed. I think the only way to greatness is by hard work and determination. This problem i am having has me feeling defeated, which is why I asked for help in the first place. I don't want someone to just give me the solution, but i am asking for new ideas b/c i am fresh out of them to fix this issue. Maybe someone on the mailing list has had this issue before and could offer some insight. Maybe someone has looked at the code i have posted, and sees something i haven't tried. I am just looking for ideas. If i came off the wrong way i apologize. I felt i should tell you this, because everyone who asks for help isn't just some slacker trying to get others to do their work for them. I do apologize though if i came off the wrong way. --- On Sun, 4/18/10, David Beazley <da...@da...> wrote: From: David Beazley <da...@da...> Subject: Re: [Swig-devel] Fw: Problem converting int* in C to int[] in java To: "IGNATIUS EVANS" <dt...@be...> Cc: "David Beazley" <da...@da...>, swi...@li... Date: Sunday, April 18, 2010, 11:42 AM I'm sorry, but isn't debugging and being able to figure out things for yourself part of getting a master degree? I'm sorry that you haven't gotten a response here, but perhaps no one knows the answer, or everyone is too busy to go look it into, or you haven't phrased the question in a way that makes it easy for anyone to understand the issue involved. In any event, simply expecting to get some kind of spoon-fed solution from others is pretty unrealistic as far as I'm concerned. -Dave On Apr 18, 2010, at 11:20 AM, IGNATIUS EVANS wrote: > Sir, > I have been trying to implement the solution for months. I am not asking anyone to do my work for me. I need some insights to point me in the right direction. I have completely wrapped everything else in my C library. Everything else works. I have a library of 200 files, all of which i have wrapped without help from anyone using the documentation. This particular issue isn't covered in the documentation, nor are there any post on any blog sites on the net. This seemingly small issue has a big impact on the software i am building as a whole. Please don't take as me asking anyone to do my work. I just need help with this one issue as i can not find any info on it anywhere. > > --- On Sun, 4/18/10, David Beazley <da...@da...> wrote: > > From: David Beazley <da...@da...> > Subject: Re: [Swig-devel] Fw: Problem converting int* in C to int[] in java > To: "swig" <swi...@li...> > Date: Sunday, April 18, 2010, 10:45 AM > > Why should anyone on this list be the least bit obligated to do your school project? If i am not able to fix the problem i posted to you earlier with the array issue i am having, I will not graduate. This project is my Master Thesis Project, which needs to be completed by next week end to receive my masters degree. This project will be presented to all department heads at my school and graduate professors (As well as some employers). I really don't want to look like a fool and fail. I am begging you for any assistance you can offer. There is no one at my school who even has a clue how to help me resolve this issue. I am BEGGING you to please help me if you can sir. Thanks in advance sir. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval > > Try the new software tools for yourself.
