Wall Socket Plugin - configurable modular wall sockets

Adds Tools > Insert wall socket... to generate configurable, modular wall sockets. The user picks a frame (1-5 gangs), a finish, and the insert for each gang (full- or half-width), with a live 3D preview.

Inserts: socket (Schuko / UK / generic), rocker switch, dimmer, USB charger, RJ45 data, blank cover.
Finishes: separate colours for frame and inserts (white, pure white, black, anthracite, aluminium, champagne, cream).

Also: undo/redo support, German localization, and the socket configuration is
stored as piece properties for downstream export.

Changes:

• Schuko and generic full sockets now use a recessed circular collar with the
  pin holes on the recess floor; the Schuko socket also keeps its top/bottom
  earth clips and the centre screw.
• The half-width socket is now a flat 2-pin euro style with vertical pins.
