#1173 Add freetone support

Consider adding Freetone support:

Freetone is a collection of 1,280 colours that mimic the Pantone colour pallete. While they are not an exact match, Semple refers to them as "extremely Pantonish". The number code on Freetone and Pantone is similar.

On a better look,, is not clear the license of Freetone, all the colors have the author name, and some colors are duplicated (same RGB). Until this issues are solved probably this feature request should be ignored.
