I agree with the author! I'm tired of making a lot of boxes and painting them in different colors. I want to be able to set for example: 10% white, 80% red, and 10% blue. And the wall was painted horizontally in three colors. This is a very important function.
Not everything that seems simple, is simple to implement. Not everything that can be achieved in other ways, is the most important thing for development.
I agree with the
author of sh3d. You can create the texture yourself now. Personally I always concentrate on implementing features which cannot be achieved by any other way in my personal projects.
