Hi,
I worked on the same file for many months without a security copy, because I thought the program was making them. (I'm so stupid)
Yesterday, while I trying to render a photo, Windows shows a Blue Screen and I have to switch off the computer.
Today I can't open the project and I am unable to find a way to open the project.
I can't attached the corrupted file because the size (69,9MB).
Please, let me know how to do to send you the file or please, say me how I could do to fix it by myself.
Many thanks you in advance
Sweet Home 3D version: 4.2 newest
OS: WIndows 7 Professional
RAM: 3GB
CPU: Intel Core 2 T5550
GPU: SiS Mirage 3
Sweet Home 3D makes a copy of your work every 10 minutes by default (see preferences), and if it exists, this copy is automatically opened when you relaunch the program. Nevertheless it's always a good idea to have a backup of any document you spend hours on (either with an automatic tool or manually).
Please look in the sub folders of C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eTeks\Sweet Home 3D\work (where "user" is your login name) if you can find some files starting by open and suffixed by .sweethome3d. If there's any, it will contain the copy of the document you recently opened. Copy the most recent file, change its extension to .sh3d and try to open it with Sweet Home 3D.
Otherwise there are a lot of tools around the web that allow you share big files, like mediafire.com. If you want to keep it private, write to me directly, I'll try to fix it and answer you.

Dear Emmanuel,
I had been in ...eTeks\Sweet Home 3D\work directory, looking for any copy
of the project before to send the message but I had tried to open the file
without changing the extension and I was unable to open nothing.
I already followed your indications and it was perfect. I have recovered my
work without problem or lost of information.
Many, many thanks for your time. I was desperate with this issue.
Best regards.
