#149 Transparency in PNGs not supported?
Hello
I've tried to import furniture (.obj with .mtl) whose texture (PNG-24)has transparent spots. However the spots are rendered black and not transparent at all.
When viewed In the 3d program (AC3D) and when rendered with POVray the spots are indeed transparent. Setting the material in the 3d software to 100% transparent doesnt' help either.
Running version 2.0 with Java 1.5.0_19 on Mac OS X 10.5.7

Transparent texture images are supported from version 2.4
Still not supported from version 4.5!
If it is too hard to implement, a color setting would be nice which simply replaces transparency by a given color. Black mostly not fits. White would be better in lot of cases ...
hfrmobile, I think you mix up features. As the title of this bug Transparency in PNGs not supported? suggests, Sweet Home 3D 4.5 does support transparent PNGs textures.
