The floor colour set in the lounge is #CAB69D and looks like it should, however in the 3D pane the floors are almost yellow.

The kitchen middle/top has red tiles and they look as they should but lighter in the 2D pane than in the 3D pane.

Objects color may change in the 3D view according to their orientation towards the light sources and their brightness. You may adjust light brightness in the 3D view modification pane.
The color/texture of the rooms is always lighter in the plan because they are displayed half transparent.

I can confirm this is not a bug but a user error.

To make the colours look correct you need to:

    • Right click on the 3D view
    • select Modify 3D view
    • Under the 3D rendering section set Light brightness to 50%

I would consider setting the default value of this to 50% as it makes more sense.

So this job can be closed or you can set Light brightness to default to 50% and then close

    Thanks as always
