#1001 Modify furniture XYZ axis angles?

Greetings!

I don't know if it's a mistake or is it intentional? In the "Modify Furniture" window you can adjust angles along XYZ axes. Let’s say I set an angle to the Y axis [OK] then I want another angle to the X axis [OK], but here comes the problem, setting the X axis clears the setting of the previous Y axis. Can't set two angles on one piece of furniture?

It's on purpose otherwise I wouldn't have added radio buttons to select either rotation around an horizontal axis. It's not that it would be impossible to support the rotation around 3 axes (if you manually store the 3 angles in the Home.xml entry of a SH3D file, it will work when you reopen your file), but handling 3 rotations, not communitative operations, is too much for people and I want to keep it simple.
If you want to convince yourself, just try to modify the rotations degree by degree around more than one rotation axis at the second step of the furniture import wizard, and you'll quickly get lost!

I see, and that would be fine! But advanced users should be given the option, for example, by having checkboxes instead of radio buttons.
Because this way I have to modify the given furniture (object) with an external 3D editor, this is unnecessary time.
For horizontal rotation (Z) I mostly use the "rotate" plugin, I also see the gradual rotation there.

But there's no "advanced users" option in Sweet Home 3D at the moment, and I'm not convinced there should be.
And if you really want it, you don't need any external 3D editor, export your item at OBJ format and rotate it in the furniture import wizard.

I know this option, but it is not suitable for broken angles such as Y: 27 °, + X: 13.5 °.
    But thank you!

I'm using a cylinder as a railing. I am trying to use it for stairs. The stairs go north-south. I need to set the x-axis to 90° so the railing goes n-s rather than east-west. I also need to set the y-axis to 60° so the railing follows the stairs. If the angle buttons were just buttons rather than radio buttons the interface would allow this. I don't know if the implementation allows an object to have both x-axis & y-axis to be non-zero.

This seems to be a reasonable use??
