Could you be more specific?

That is, are you using SwapDV to download a file, and then play that file
on your PC?  Or are you using SwapDV to stream the file back to your
Replay?

If you're trying to play it on the PC, you need the right set of codecs,
which is a tricky thing.  I don't happen to know the right set, and various
people report different levels of success with a variety of codecs.
