I tried to install Setup_SubtitleCreator_v2_0_4.exe
and got this (funny ? I didn't laugh) error (see
attached image.

I also receive the same error. I believe it has something
to do with the .net redist lib shipped with Windows Server
2003 (5.2.3790).

Same error, but I upgraded to .NET framework 2.0 and then
it worked just fine.
