#43 problem of showing sub/idx in synchronize window

Subtitle Creator v2.3rc1

by selecting the "Load Synchronized Subtitle" from Synchronize menu a new windows with two columns will be shows.

by selecting the original subtitle (correctly timed) as a sub/idx format, the bitmaps will be shown correctly in the left column but if the second subtitle is a sub/idx, "<p/>" will be shown instead of bitmaps.

i hope developers fix this problem in next version!
